I’m not speaking as someone unfamiliar with grant funding, I am speaking as someone highly frustrated to see the money get frittered away and diverted. Considering how much money in Baltimore for homelessness services simply vanished, not to mention the Baby Yoda hug Chick-Fil-A shirt fracas that included workforce training, I would not say the process is rigorous enough where it needs to be. Look at all the people who funded Trump’s charity which turned out to be a fraud.
